For your shop

The questions you are already asking

You have been sold a “marketing package” before. Here are the objections we hear most, answered the way we would want them answered.

If you own the shop

Dave’s questions

Is this a real person? My customers will ask.
No, and Anna says so when asked. She introduces herself as the shop’s AI receptionist and offers a person. Customers who want a human get one.
I run Mitchell1 Manager SE. Does this write into it?
Not behind your back. Anna books into a schedule we run and puts each appointment in a confirmation queue. One tap to accept; your front desk enters it in Mitchell1 the way they do today. We are honest that there is no open door into Manager SE, and we built the product around that instead of pretending.
Will spam calls eat my plan?
No. Wrong numbers, robocalls and quick hang-ups are free. Only calls where Anna actually did something count.
We do not book by the hour. We do drop-offs.
Tell her. Anna offers morning and afternoon drop-offs and counts them against the day, not a time slot.
What about weekend tows?
You set the rule: from Friday close to Monday open, tow calls go to whatever number you say. Anna takes the details and transfers.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Keep your number and forward it. Start with forwarding only when nobody answers, so nothing about your day changes until you want it to.
How long does setup take?
It is a plain-English form, not a manual. Hours, services, how many cars fit at once, who to call when it is urgent. You can do it on your phone; most owners finish in one sitting on the office PC.
What does it cost?
A flat monthly price with a bundle of answered calls, on the pricing page. No per-minute meter.

If you run the front desk

Maria’s questions

Now I have to clean up after a robot.
That is the objection we built around. Anna starts as overflow only, so she takes calls you would have missed, not calls you would have taken. Every booking lands in a queue for you to accept or decline before it touches your day. She only offers slots the shop can take, and never books a diagnosis as a repair.
Will she overbook the bays?
She cannot. Capacity is a hard rule in software: cars in the shop at once, technicians on the day, per-service limits, a buffer between jobs. Her instructions cannot override it.
What if she books something wrong?
Decline it in the queue. The slot is released and Anna offers the customer another time. You can also hit “we’re slammed” to close out the rest of the day.
Does she quote prices?
Never for diagnostic work. “My check-engine light is on” gets a diagnostic appointment, not a number. Simple services get booked, not priced, unless you tell her a price to give.
Will I know what she did?
You get a text for every booking, a weekly report card, and a changelog for every setup change.

Still skeptical? Good.
